Corruption Prohibition:
- All parties associated with IPEC Project Systems Sdn Bhd, including employees, shareholders, and partners, are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of corruption, bribery, or graft. Compliance with MACC Act 2009/694:
- Every individual and entity shall adhere to the provisions outlined in the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009/694. This includes refraining from offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting any undue advantage or gratification.
Reporting Obligation:
Any suspicions or observations of corrupt practices must be promptly reported through established channels, ensuring compliance with the MACC Act whistleblower protection provisions.
Responsibility for Third Parties:
Employees, shareholders, and partners are responsible for ensuring that third parties acting on their behalf also adhere to the anti-corruption principles outlined in this Code of Conduct and the MACC Act.
Consequences of Violation:
Violation of this anti-corruption clause may result in disciplinary actions, legal consequences, and termination of business relationships, as permitted under the MACC Act.
Training and Awareness:
Regular training sessions and awareness programs will be conducted to educate all parties on the provisions of the MACC Act and the importance of preventing corruption.
